Returns and Exchanges

When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price you paid. 

Send your unused item in the original packaging to us within 7 days upon receipt of the items, along with a copy of your purchase receipt to our warehouse located in Melbourne.

For change of mind, the buyer will need to pay for the return shipping. If the product is being returned due to a manufacturing fault, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.

Once received and checked, we will issue you a credit to your original payment method. If we believe that the product you have returned has been damaged/used, we will not be able to provide a full refund.

We accept exchanges. If you would like to change your size, we can switch it over for you. Products must be unused and be in a new sellable condition. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping but we will ship out the replacement for free.
